📜 Use of the Property
The use of the property is strictly reserved for the number of guests agreed upon at the time of booking:
- ✅ Guests: Hosting additional persons without prior notice is not permitted.
- ✅ Purpose: The property must be used exclusively for tourist purposes.
- ✅ Age: The person making the booking must be of legal age (18+).
🏘️ Respect for the Neighborhood
Casa Poppi is located in a quiet residential area. We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood:
- 🔇 Quiet Hours: Please avoid loud noises during afternoon and night hours.
- 🚫 Events: Organizing parties or unauthorized events is prohibited.
- 🤝 Community: We ask all guests to behave respectfully in common areas.
🛡️ Liability and Damages
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the house and the provided equipment:
- ⚠️ Reporting: Any faults or breakages must be reported promptly.
- ❌ Damages: Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
- 🔑 Keys: Loss of keys will result in a charge for the cost of changing the lock.
🔧 Safety and Access

- 📢 Notice: Except for emergencies, we will always agree on a convenient time with you.
