To ensure a peaceful and safe stay for everyone, please read this document carefully. Staying at Casa Poppi implies the sharing and acceptance of the following house rules.
📜 Use of the Property
The use of the house is strictly reserved for the number of guests agreed upon at the time of booking:
- ✅ Guests: Hosting extra people without prior notice is not permitted.
- ✅ Purpose: The property must be used exclusively for tourist purposes.
- ✅ Age: The person responsible for the booking must be of legal age.
🏘️ Neighborhood Respect
Casa Poppi is located in a quiet residential area. We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet:
- 🔇 Quiet Hours: Avoid disturbing noises during the afternoon and night hours.
- 🚫 Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed.
- 🤝 Community: We invite you to behave respectfully in common areas.
🛡️ Responsibility and Damages
Guests are responsible for taking care of the house and the provided equipment:
- ⚠️ Reporting: Any issues or breakdowns must be reported promptly.
- ❌ Damages: Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
- 🔑 Keys: Loss of keys will incur a charge for lock replacement.
- 🛏️ Linen: Towels and bed sheets are provided for free temporary use; loss or permanent damage will result in the charging of replacement costs.
🔧 Safety and Access
We reserve the right to enter for urgent maintenance or safety necessities:
- 🚨 Emergencies: Immediate access in case of severe technical failures.
- 📢 Notice: Barring emergencies, we will always agree on the time with you.
- 🔒 Departure: We kindly ask you to always close windows and doors at the end of the day.
♻️ Waste Sorting and Garbage
Proper waste management is essential. We ask for your utmost cooperation in sorting waste during your stay:
- 📱 Digital Instructions: Scan the QR codes located inside the house to quickly access the guide on how and where to dispose of each type of waste.
- 📅 Schedule and Bins: Follow the weekly disposal schedule; you will find the printed calendar conveniently posted in the kitchen area dedicated to the small bins.
- 🚮 Check-out: We kindly ask you not to leave accumulated or unsorted garbage inside the apartment upon departure. Should there be any full bags to dispose of, please take them downstairs and place them at the pedestrian entrance in the designated waste storage area.
