🔑 Booking and Arrival
- ❓ Is it possible to check in late?
✨ Our system is 100% digitized: thanks to Self Check-in, you can access the property completely independently starting from 4:00 PM, with no time limits for late evening or night arrivals. - ❓ Is there reserved parking?
🅿️ Certainly. Casa Poppi has a large private parking area inside the property, with guaranteed space for 3 cars. - ❓ How do I confirm the booking and pay the deposit?
💳 You can pay securely via Card, Wallet, Bank Transfer, or pay at the property (securing the dates with a card for guarantee without any charge). 7 days before arrival, via online check-in, a €250 pre-authorization will be required as a security deposit.
🏠 Comfort and Services
- ❓ Do I need to bring linens from home?
✅ Travel light! We provide complimentary complete kits of bed sheets and sets of towels for every guest, for a 100% eco-friendly and zero-disposable choice. - ❓ Can I do laundry and iron my clothes?
🌀 Absolutely. You will have an internal washing machine and a practical traditional iron available to manage your clothes in total autonomy during your stay. - ❓ Is there air conditioning?
❄️ Yes, every room in the house is equipped with autonomous air conditioning and mosquito nets.
👶 Families and Children
- ❓ Do you welcome small children?
👶 Certainly! Upon request, we provide a cot and high chair for our younger guests free of charge. - ❓ Are pets allowed?
🐾 They are welcome in our garden, but it is necessary to agree on this before booking. To ensure maximum hygiene for all guests, pets are not allowed inside the property.
